Technical & Engineering Drawing

Our goal is to fully assist in the completion of a successful project by proactively working with clients and providing solutions for all construction and steel fabrication needs.

We have extensive experience and expertise in working with engineering drawings from all disciplines, including structural, mechanical, civil, and piping. We can also take basic design concepts and turn them into actual drawings. Our experienced and knowledgeable teams are always committed to delivering high-quality technical drawings such as machine drawings, schematics, arrangement drawings, assembly technical drawings, casting and moulding drawings, and fabrication drawings, among many others, based on the client’s specific project requirements. Drawing types include 2D drawing, 3D modelling, and isometric drawing created with advanced software such as AutoCad, SolidWorks, Advance Steel and Inventor.

Supply Manpower, Machine & Consumable

JLM Tech has successfully managed and supplied experienced and qualified manpower to a variety of clients.

When it comes to manpower, our dynamic team produced the highest value added service team, exceeding customer expectations. Our on-the-ground presence track record puts us in a strategic position to respond quickly and effectively to our clients’ business needs. We are able to provide skilled and unskilled workers such as mechanical and civil supervisors, pipe fitters, tig welders, electricians, painters, general workers, and semiskills. We also rent out tools and equipment, as well as machines and consumables, for installation and construction work.

Cleaning & Desludging Work

The company provides high pressure water jetting to clean and remove sludge, sand soil, oil, grass, debris, and other contaminants.

We have comprehensive desludging equipment that can shorten work duration and reduce worker exposure to hazardous products while prioritizing worker health, safety, and quality of work in the best possible condition. This service includes factory cleaning, plant cleaning, and high-level cleaning.

Steelwork lays the backbone of our business, and we take pride in our ability to provide quality workmanship on all types of steel fabrications on board in a reliable and timely manner.

Our workforce and management team are highly skilled and experienced, with great technical abilities and resources to plan and execute port new projects and repair work. We have over 5 years of experience in various marine works such as reel reconditioning, reel refurbishment, seafastening, and maintenance.

Mechanical & Piping Works

Our skilled field personnel have demonstrated experience in the design, construction, and fabrication of specialised mechanical and piping systems.

We provide our clients with the highest level of asset integrity and reliability. Welding and metal fabrication, equipment installation, and pipe fabrication are typical JLM Tech projects.

Chemical Plant Maintenance Work

We utilize an effective project management system to handle various tasks such as the erection, construction, commissioning, and testing of various types of chemical plants. The scope of work includes engineering, piping, structural, mechanical, and material handling system construction. Our expertise in chemical plant maintenance includes daily maintenance such as gasket, valve, piping, and tank replacement, as well as turnaround maintenance, which is typically performed during a plant shutdown.

Steel Structured Work
